Located in Muswell Hill, London, our team successfully delivered Mechanical and Public Health services for 7 flats on behalf of our client CBS. The services included: - Continuous Mechanical Extract Ventilation Systems; - Cold Water Services; - Domestic Hot Water Service; - Thermal Insulation for Heating and Water Systems; - Soils, Wastes, and Above Ground Drainage; - Testing and Commissioning. The project utilized 1 No. ASHP 8 kW per flat, mounted externally on the roof, generating 55°C LTHW for individual 200 L pre-plumbed cylinders in each flat. These units offer underfloor heating and hot water solutions. This endeavor posed challenges but was ultimately rewarding. We take great pride in our team's accomplishments.
