In collaboration with CBS Cannock Building Services, we delivered a full-scale HVAC solution for Cadent’s new head office, ensuring an optimal environment through sustainable innovation. Our work included the installation of two high-performance packaged Air Handling Units (AHUs) and four Mitsubishi hybrid VRF air conditioning systems, integrated with an air source heat pump for efficient hot water services. To enhance sustainability, we implemented a rainwater harvesting system, recycling water for toilet flushing, alongside a full domestic hot and cold-water service installation, complete with premium sanitary ware. This project exemplifies our expertise in delivering climate control and water management systems—combining performance, efficiency, and sustainability to create a future-ready workspace.
