For The Strand project, our work involved the complete transformation of five floors, stripping out outdated office spaces and reimagining them into modern, functional work environments. Across the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors, we delivered premium office spaces, executive meeting rooms, boardrooms, reception areas, breakout zones, and tea points— all designed to enhance both productivity and comfort. Working closely with the evolving design, we carefully executed the installation of 52 HVRF Mitsubishi units, fresh air and extraction systems, and fully refurbished male and female toilets. Every detail was considered to create a seamless, high- specification workspace tailored to the needs of its occupants.
